Dennis A. Goforth

Dennis A. Goforth, of O'Fallon, MO, passed away Tuesday, January 26, 2021 at the age of 67. Cherished son of the late Clifton and Laura Goforth; loving husband of Rose Goforth; devoted father of Katy (Tom) Goforth-Rhoads; treasured grandfather of Zoe Rhoads; dear brother of Lil Goforth, Ron (the late Carol) Goforth, Stan (Susan) Goforth, and JoAnn (the late John) Cenatiempo; dear brother-in-law of Diana Baldwin, Eleanor Capone, Mary “Bird” Looney, Maria (Fred) House, Sam (Shontay) Capone, and the late Buster (Debbie) Capone. Dennis is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and friends.

Dennis was a ray of sunshine to everyone he knew; he had a wonderful sense of humor and brought laughter to any situation he found himself in. Dennis had a naturally caring and generous nature, and he took in everyone and would do anything to help others. In his free time, he loved to camp, go antiquing, and he loved watching baseball, especially the St. Louis Cardinals. Dennis was a dearly beloved husband, father, grandfather, brother, uncle, and friend to many. He will be greatly missed by all who knew him.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the American Heart Association.
