Dennis “Buzzy” Kline, of Saint Charles, Missouri, passed away Tuesday, January 4, 2022, at the age of 80. Loving husband of 62 years to the late Cordelia “Ann” Kline; beloved son of the late Louis A. and Mary J. Kline; devoted father of Billy (Tracey) Kline, Robby (Kim) Kline, Timmy (Lynnie) Kline and the late Tony Kline; cherished grandfather of Joey (Carrie) Kline, Jake (Teri) Kline, Sammy Kline, Kelsie (Andrew) Holmes, Crystaal (Luke) Chrstisen, Hunter Kline, Cole Kline, Brandon Silverberg, Nick Rogers, Lauren Rogers, Deidra Rizzello, Melissa Weatherly, Joe Jennings, Jordyn Tipton, Andrew Rizzello and Kelli Gorman; treasured great-grandfather to many; dear brother of the late Harry Kline. Buzzy grew up on the river in St. Charles, and was there his whole life. His first real job was as a diesel mechanic, then from there he managed multiple duck clubs in St. Charles County, and ultimately running the Sunrise Duck Club and Kline’s Tavern with his wife. He was a very successful commercial fisherman and trapper. There were two passions in Buzzy’s life, fishing and hunting, but one main love was his wife Ann. He met her one night at a party, and when their eyes met, it was love at first sight! They shared their love of farming and hunting, and he adored her. They loved to go to the dirt track races and farm auctions together, as well as county fairs and tractor pulls. Buzzy was dearly loved and will be greatly missed by all who knew him.
