Rallo, Diane Marie, of Effingham, IL, age 64 died on Wednesday, December 3, 2014. Loving wife of Nick Rallo; beloved daughter of the late Al and Jeannine Wassmer; devoted mother of Jeannine (Craig) Rallo Nesslage, Nicolo (Denise) Rallo, and Charlie (Sarah) Rallo; cherished grandmother of Victoria Marie Nesslage, Timothy Rallo Nesslage, Nicole and Mia Rallo, and Angeline and Timothy Rallo; dear sister of Peggy Wassmer, Donna (Bill) Aye, Pat (Joe) Emmerich, Terry (Bob) Franklin, and Al (Kris) Wassmer. She is preceded in death by her son Timothy Andrew Rallo.
