Richter (nee Burton), dear son of the late Edward F. Richter and the late Bertha A. Richter, loving father of Donna L. Wood and Kenneth S. Richter; dear grandfather of Danielle and Jake, dear brother-in-law of Thelma Kingsley, dear uncle and friend to all who knew him. He was employed as a Group President Land Corporation at Sequa Corporation. He was a member of Holy Cross Lutheran Church.
