Donald “Dean” Burgess, of Arizona, passed away Saturday, June 5, 2021 at the age of 87. Beloved husband of the late Carol Burgess; cherished son of the late Donald Franklin and Gertrude Burgess; devoted father of Donna Burgess McMillan, Karen (Scott) Palmer, and Nancy (Bruce) Wiley; loving grandfather of Ryan Burgess McMillan, Kyle Davis McMillan, Benjamin Scott Palmer, Mitchell Scott Palmer, Claire Elise Palmer, Dean Cameron Wiley, Tess Christina Wiley, and Victoria Gayle Wiley; dear brother of Dorothy Burgess (Kent) Kreh.
Dean was a great father and husband. He was always very hard working and family oriented. Dean was also an avid golfer. Dean was dearly loved and will be greatly missed by all who knew him.
Memorials may be made in Dean’s name to American Heart Association.
