Donald “Don” R. Francois

Donald “Don” R. Francois, of Saint Charles, MO, passed away Monday, June 14, 2021 at the age of 88. Loving husband of Linda M. Francois; beloved son of the late Leo and Mildred Francois; devoted father of Karen Ducker, Deborah Hals, Donna (Kerry) Lawonn, Rebecca Stamer, and Paul (Tamara) Mobley; cherished grandfather and great-grandfather; dear brother of Sandra Butz; best friend of Bill and Liz Mueller; uncle, cousin and friend to many. Don is preceded in death by his brothers, Leo and Richard Francois.

Don was an established Pilgrim in the Moose Fraternity. He dedicated many years to the Moose Organization, holding multiple titles and receiving many awards for his service. Don’s most recent membership was through the Moose Lodge 2599 Lincoln County which he helped to establish. Don held the values of bringing people together and made many close friends throughout his time, even meeting his wife, Linda, playing bingo at a Moose Lodge. In his free time, Don was an avid St. Louis Cardinals fan and was a coin collector. He valued family and friendship most of all and enjoyed spending time with his family who he loved dearly. Don will be greatly missed by all who knew him.
