Donald E. Etter of Troy, MO, passed away Sunday, November 18, 2018, at the age of 69. Beloved husband of Karon Etter; cherished son of the late Earl and Doris Etter; dear brother of Carolyn D. Nicholson; treasured uncle of Mark (Carolyn) Schuerman and Susan (Dave) Tormala; and loving cousin and friend to many.
Don spent most of his professional career in the lumber industry, home builder and in sales. He worked with many companies such as Hill Behan, Kaplan & Hackmann Lumber. He spent 49 years with the love of his life Karen, whom he adored. Don had a love for Bass fishing and had many trophy Bass on his wall. Don will be missed by all who knew and loved him.
In Memory of Don, memorials may be made to Heartland Hospice West or American Cancer Society.
