Fredericks, Jr., Donald Edward "Don", of Panama City Beach, Florida (formerly of St. Charles, Missouri), died on Thursday, October 30, 2008 at the age of 65. Loving husband of Lynne Fredericks; dear son of the late Donald Edward Fredericks, Sr. and the late Myrtle Winfrey; beloved father of Melanie Dawn (Scott Hawken) Hall; cherished grandfather of Zachary Hawken Hall and Christopher Fredericks Hall; dear brother of Jim (Trish) Winfrey and David (Mary Jo) Winfrey; dear son-in-law of Richard and Lucille Dickens. He is also survived by the beloved family pet, Chopper Hershey Hall, his Uncle, Junior Ford and was a loved brother-in-law, uncle, cousin and friend to many. Don was employed as a Tool Engineer at McDonnell Douglas/Boeing in St. Louis, MO. He spent 38 years at McDonnell Douglas/Boeing helping create and build the F15, F18, Harrier, Harpoon Missiles and AeroSpace Programs. He was a member of American Legion Post. He also worked, in the past, in his spare time as an auctioneer. He was a Deacon in the Seventh Day Adventist Church. Don was an aspiring artist. He also worked for Baue Funeral Homes, St. Charles, MO and Southerland Family Funeral Home in Florida. He loved his family and enjoyed every minute with his grandsons.
