Donald F. Schneider, of Saint Charles, MO, passed away at the age of 86 on Friday, June 11, 2021. He was preceded in death by his father, Clarence Schneider; and his mother, Leona (Borgmeyer) Schneider; and his daughter Stacey Schneider.
Donald is survived by his beloved wife of 63 years, Mary Kay (Baumann) Schneider; his children, James (Cindy) Schneider, Michael (Gloria) Schneider, Robert (Carol Johnson) Schneider, Karen Boehning, Ronald (Debbie) Schneider, Pat (Michael) Logan, and Kurt (Kate) Schneider; 16 grandchildren; and nine great grandchildren; his sisters Mellie Aubuchon and Marlene Pieper.
Don, also known as Duke, was a beloved friend, husband, father, grandfather, and great grandfather. Don was a deeply religious man who found joy in serving in countless roles at St. Elizabeth Ann Seton Catholic Church since its founding. He was an avid outdoorsman who treasured his time hunting and fishing with family and friends. He loved nothing more than sharing his passion for the outdoors and was always willing to teach others everything he knew.
Don, along with his wife Mary Kay, were fixtures in the stands and on the sidelines for the performances and competitions of their children and grandchildren. Don leaves behind a legacy of generosity, servitude, and humility. He will be dearly missed by his family and friends.
