Donald E. Krich, of St Peters, MO, passed away Sunday, September 19, 2021, at the age of 81.
Beloved husband of Bonita Krich; cherished son of the late Matthew Krich and the late Anna Haub. Devoted father of Brenda Krich and Jerry (the late Joan) Krich; loving grandfather of Dana (Sean) Dietz, Nicholas (Giovanna) Dragasakis, Stacy Krich, Rosanna (Edwin) Medina, Jerry (Megan) Krich, Jr., and Jamie Krich; treasured great-grandfather of Giovanni (Ashley) Bedrosian, Tristan Dietz, Gianni, Nichole, Alex Dragasakis, Aleah and Isaac Nash, Michael Krich-Earley, Hope Medina, Savannah and Jamison Krich; dear brother of Elizabeth (the late Kenneth) Heywood, Matthew (the late Arlene) Krich; uncle, cousin, and friend to many.
Donald proudly served in the United States Army. At one point, he served his community as a volunteer firefighter for St. Peters. Donald was also a Teamsters union member for over 30 years. Donald loved his family and traveling. They visited all 50 states (many more than once). He especially loved traveling by car and visiting historical sites with his wife. Donald never met a stranger and was selfless, generous, a loyalist, and very humble. He was very proud of what he had, and took care of his family. His grandkids were his everything. Donald was dearly loved and will be greatly missed by all who knew him.
