Donald Wareing

Donald Clyde Wareing, of Saint Charles, MO, passed away Sunday, July 30, 2023, at the age of 75. Beloved husband of the late Peggy Ann Wareing; significant other of Lori Akins; cherished son of the late Zenith Clyde Wareing and Violet Elizabeth Wareing (nee Lacey); devoted father of Lori (Terry Shirley) Mahala, Scott (Sandy) Wareing, Jason (Jennifer) Wareing, Jeff (Michelle) Wareing;  loving grandfather of Marc, Bethany, Alyana, Jordan, Coby, Nash, and Colton Wareing; dear brother of Jacqueline Scarborough and Linda King; preceded in death by brother, William Wareing and sister, Carol “Jeanie” Grayson.

Donald proudly served in the United States Army during the Vietnam War. Being a Vietnam Vet was very important to him and it shaped how he lived his life. He was a member of Veteran’s Gateway VROC.

Donald was an avid car enthusiast (Chevy guy) and enjoyed riding motorcycles.  Donald cared deeply about his immediate and extended family and was willing to do anything for a friend.  Donald was dearly loved and will be greatly missed by all who knew him.

Memorials may be made in Donald's name to Vietnam Veterans or to the Patriot Guard Riders.
