Doris C. Renken

Doris C. Renken (nee Sigmund), of St. Charles, Missouri, passed away on Sunday, July 8, 2018, at the age of 93. Loving wife of 62 years to the late Kenneth H. "Casey" Renken; beloved daughter of the late Albert and Lillian Sigmund; devoted mother of Terry (Martha) Renken, Diane Speno, Lisa (Jim) Carucci, Brett (Traci) Renken and mother-in-law of Marcia Renken; devoted and proud grandmother of eight grandsons and five granddaughters; loving great-grandmother of five great-granddaughters and two great-grandsons; and dear sister of Rosemary (the late Bill) Grabenhorst. She was also a beloved sister-in-law, aunt, great-aunt, and friend.

In addition to her husband and parents, Doris was preceded in death by her sons, Michael and Keith Renken, and her brother, Bob (Doris) Sigmund.

Doris was a member of St. Charles Borromeo Catholic Church. She was a very humble person who was always giving in a special way where needed. Doris was an avid St. Louis Cardinals Baseball fan. She loved her hometown of St. Paul, Missouri. She will be remembered for being a loving and devoted wife, mother, and grandmother. She was dearly loved and will be missed by all who knew her.
