Doris Hamel

Memorials may be given to Orchard Farm Baptist Church. Beloved wife of the late Fred G. Hamel; loving mother and mother-in-law of Richard and Ida Hamel; proud grandmother of Richelle Westmoreland (Tom) and Rick Hamel (Kim); great-grandmother of Kimberly, Summer and Gabriel; dear sister of Robert Elkin (Marcella) and Peggy Simon. Preceded in death by parents, James M. and Margaret E. Elkin; sister, Margaret Keune, and brothers, James, Edward and Donald Elkin. Mrs. Hamel was formerly of Portage des Sioux and was a homemaker. She was charter member of Orchard Farm Baptist Church, as well as a member of the Orchard Farm Extension Club.
