Dorothy Louise Bauer

Dorothy Louise Bauer (nee DeMartini), of Saint Charles, MO, passed away Wednesday, September 7, 2022, at the age of 96. Beloved wife of the late Harold George Williams and second husband, William John Bauer, Jr.; cherished daughter of the late Louis E. and Hilda DeMartini. Devoted mother of Robert L (Susan) Williams, and Jayne (Robert) Moentmann; loving grandmother of Michelle (Nick) DiMercurio, Jeannine (Kristin Brown) Moentmann, Julie (AJ) Sloan, and Rob (Dawn) Williams; treasured great grandmother of Madison, Jayde, Michael, Nathan, Victoria, Ashleigh, Emily, Zoe, Abigail, Lillian, Tony, and the late Alexander Moentmann.

Dorothy was a member of Holy Cross Lutheran Church, O'Fallon. She worked in the St. Louis Public School system for nearly 20 years. Dorothy was also an Office Manager for the bookstore at Concordia Publishing House in St. Louis for 20 years. She loved knitting and reading. She was a resident of Breeze Park Senior Living for 24 years and was very active there. Dorothy was dearly loved and will be greatly missed by all who knew her.

Memorials may be made in Dorothy's name to Lutheran Senior Services at Breeze Park Benevolence.
