McDowell, 94, is preceded in death by her parents, Robert & Vesta (Sisk) Dickson; husband, Willard McDowell; son, Wayne McDowell; stepson, Donald McDowell; sister, Martha "Forrestine" Howsden; & granddaughter, Sheryl Lynn McDowell. She is survived by her daughter, Patricia Norsworthy; stepdaughter, Barbara (Merle) Hutcheson; 9 grandchildren; 7 Great-Grandchildren; & 1 Great Great Grandson. Memorials may be made to Nurses for Newborns, Shriners Hospital, or the charity of your choice.
