Dorothy L. Feilner

Dorothy L. Feilner (nee Herrmann), went to her heavenly home on December 21, 2023, at the age of 89. She was born to the late John F. and Louise L. Herrmann on August 6, 1934. She grew up in Overland, MO, and graduated from Ritenour Senior High School in May of 1952. She married the love of her life, the late Kenneth L. Feilner on May 21, 1960. She was a loving and devoted mother to Keith (Margie) Feilner, Rebecca (James) Frisz, and Melissa (Ron) Davis. She was blessed with 8 grandchildren, 2 bonus grandchildren and 10 great-grandchildren.

Dorothy worked and retired after many years at Hardin Middle School, where she worked in the cafeteria. She loved working with children because she got to warm hearts and fill bellies.

Dorothy dearly loved her family; her beloved dogs, her neighbors and her church. She is preceded in death by her sisters Eunice Corner, Carroll Steiner, and brother Richard Herrmann. She is greatly missed and forever in our hearts.
