Dorothy Richardson Ganahl (nee Novak), of Wentzville, MO, passed away Saturday, April 13, 2024 at the age of 93. Beloved wife of the late John J. Ganahl, Jr. and the late William Richardson; cherished daughter of the late Edwin and Ann Novak; devoted mother of Terry (Judy) Richardson, James (Sharon) Richardson, Keith Richardson and the late Danny (Loan) Richardson; stepmother of John J. Ganahl, III and Debbie Carlson; loving grandmother of Heather Gavin, Amy Carlson, Baily Carlson, Amber Richardson, Alex Richardson, Brian Richardson, Kristi Richardson, Michelle Dunning, Tommy Richardson, Laurie Cook and the late Linda Cook; dear sister of the late Bernice (the late Edwin “Junior’) Eikmeier; loving aunt, cousin and friend to many.

Dorothy was a devoted member of Element Church for over 15 years and was an active member as a greeter. She was very social and had a friendly and caring personality; she enjoyed spending time with her neighbors and especially spending time with her family. In her free time Dorothy enjoyed walks and tending to her plants. Dorothy was dearly loved and will be greatly missed by all who knew her.
