Dorothy L. “Ginger” Weible

Dorothy L. “Ginger” Weible (nee Leavitt), of St. Louis, MO, passed away Friday, December 4, 2020 at the age of 90. Beloved wife of Marvin E. Weible; beloved wife of first husband, the late Albert Froede; cherished daughter of Milton and Christabel Leavitt. Devoted mother of Albert (Julie) Froede IV, Janet (Bill) Switzer, Chrystal (Mike) Gilbert, David Froede, and the late Douglas Froede; stepmother of Donna (Rick) Moeller, Linda (the late Bernie) Inman, Gary (Karen) Weible, and Vicki (Reese Johnson) Weible; loving grandmother of 15, treasured great-grandmother of 16 and 1 great great grandchild; dear sister of the late Natalie Silva; Ginger was a beloved sister-in-law, aunt, cousin, and friend to many.

In her earlier years, Ginger was a military wife and traveled all over the United States and was very active in many different activities. In later years, Ginger loved nature, especially gardening, and taking walks. She was a wonderful cook and enjoyed cooking and quilting. She was devoted to her family and always loved playing games, especially with the grandchildren. Ginger was dearly loved and will be greatly missed by all who knew her.

Memorials may be made in Ginger's name to Alzheimer's Association.
