Dorothy M. Laramie

Memorials may be made to Shriner's Hospital or to the American Cancer Society. Laramie, Dorothy M., of St. Charles, Missouri, died on Monday, November 10, 2008 at the age of 83. Dear daughter of the late Henry Koch, Sr. and the late Marie Koch; dear mother of Lambert J. Laramie, Sharon D. (Fred) Rush and Charlene M. (Jim) Smith; dear grandmother of Holly Smith-Penuel, Stephanie L. (Greg) Hoelting, Vicki Kramer, and Heather L. Laramie (Carl Hinken); proud great-grandmother of Dakota, Miles, Chase, Nicky, Tucker, Jimmy and Connor Lee; dear sister of Henry Koch and the late Marcella Boschert; dear sister-in-law, aunt, great aunt, cousin, and special friend to people of all ages. After 28 years she retired as an accountant at Missouri-Pacific Railroad. Following her career at the Missouri-Pacific Railroad she was employed at Ameristar Casino in St. Charles for 7+ years as a change person. She was a member of St. Charles Borromeo Catholic Church and the Orchard Farm VFW #4219 Ladies Auxiliary.
