Dorothy Mary Kubat

Dorothy Mary Kubat (nee Amrhein), of Saint Peters, MO, passed away Sunday, October 7, 2018, at the age of 80. Loving wife of 59 beautiful years to Gerald W. Kubat; beloved daughter of the late Alvin and Ethel Amrhein; devoted mother of David W. (Victoria) Kubat; cherished grandmother of Chris W. (Tawana) Kubat, and Tim S. (Kristen) Kubat; treasured great-grandmother of William Kubat, Jeremy Kubat, and Roselyn Kubat; dear sister of Carol (Ray) Ward. She is preceded in death by three brothers and two sisters.

Dorothy was a beloved wife, mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, sister, and friend to many. She was a dog lover and had a special place her in heart for her beloved dog "Amber.” Dorothy was an avid Bridge player and also enjoyed crafting. She was an accomplished “rockhound”, who greatly enjoyed collecting gems and minerals, and was a member of Show Me Gems & Minerals Club. Dorothy was dearly loved and will be greatly missed by all who knew her.
