Dorothy Rebecca Morgan

Dorothy “Dot” Morgan, (nee: Mangum) of Chesterfield, MO, passed away Thursday, July 25, 2019 at the age of 98. Beloved wife of the late Charles H. Morgan Sr.; cherished daughter of the late Smith A. and Julia Ann Mangum; devoted mother of Chuck (Melody) Morgan Jr. and Billie Boulton; loving grandmother of Charles Morgan III, Benjamin Morgan and Lisa Henderson; treasured great grandmother of Taylor Boulton, A.J. Henderson, Lindsay Henderson, Chase Morgan, Brody Morgan and Landon Morgan; Dorothy was an aunt, cousin and friend to many.

Dot was a very loving and caring woman who was very generous, spending her time as a volunteer at the Salvation Army and giving back to her community. She was a member of the Elks and the VFW in O’Fallon. Dot was a very talented cook and enjoyed sharing meals with family and friends. She was very hardworking and spent many years working as a server for the Shriners and working on the assembly line at Charge-A-Matic. Dot enjoyed walking, following golf, cards, rummy and bingo. Most of all, Dot enjoyed spending time with her family. Dot was dearly loved and will be greatly missed by all who knew her.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made in Dot's name to the Donor's Choice.
