Cannon, Douglas A., of O'Fallon, Missouri, died on Sunday, November 30, 2014 at the age of 66. Loving husband of Linda D. Cannon (nee: Kienitz); beloved son of Virginia Bose and the late Arnold Cannon; devoted father of Clint (Elaine) Cannon and Stephanie Barron; cherished grandfather of Colten Barron and Lauren Barron; dear brother of Karen (David) Sosa and Marcia (Mark) Zentmire.
Doug retired from McDonnell Douglas GKN in 2002 and began second career as Associate Professor in School of SB&E at Lindenwood University. He retired from Lindenwood in December of 2013. He was the facility advisor for the first Miss Amazing in 2012, sponsored by Lindenwood. Doug was a former member of the Elks, Toastmaster, Regional Business Growth and Development. He was a Volunteer firefighter (Captain) of O'Fallon Fire protection District. Doug has lived in the St. Paul, Missouri area since 1985 and had moved to O'Fallon in July of 2013.
