Dr. Headrick, John A., of Lake St. Louis, MO, died on Monday July 20, 2015, at the age of 83. Beloved son of the late Elmer and Opal Headrick; loving husband of Barbara Headrick; devoted father of John 'Andy' Headrick, Jr. (Jami) and the late Dean Headrick; cherished grandfather of Megan Hagerty, Kelly Hagerty (Tim McNamee), and Brian Headrick; treasured great-grandfather of Brinley McNamee.
Dr. Headrick was very proud of his Washington University education. He worked for many years at Christian Northeast Hospital in internal medicine. He enjoyed teaching his sons about sports, especially football and baseball. He will be missed by all who knew and loved him.
