HEITMANN, Earl H., of St. Charles, MO, died October 25, 2007 at the age of 82; dearest husband of Gladys Heitmann; devoted father of Lori (Kris) Holt, Steve (Diane) Heitmann, Cliff (Tracy) Heitmann and Lynette (Mike) Fisher; beloved grandfather of Marina, Nicole and Alex Heitmann, Tyler and Ann Heitmann, Alana Holt and Michael Fisher; dear brother of Charles (Ursula) Heitmann and Helen (Elroy) Hallemeier; preceded in death by his parents, Charles A. and Charlotte Heitmann and brother, Marlin "Bud" Heitmann. He was a loving brother-in-law, uncle, cousin and friend to many. Mr. Heitmann was a self-employed farmer for 75+ years in St. Charles County, Missouri. He was a member of Trinity Lutheran Church, Past President of Trinity Lutheran Church Ushers Club, Past Trustee at Trinity Lutheran Church, Past President of St. Charles County Farm Bureau for 25 years, Former Commander and Member of VFW Post 4219, Recipient of the Optimist of the Year Award in 1982, a member of the Flood Plain Vision Board and served in the Army Air Corp January 12, 1944 to April 22, 1946.
