Ed Keeven, Sr.

Keeven, Sr., Ed, of Moscow Mills, Missouri, passed peacefully on Saturday, July 27, 2013 at the age of 86. Loving husband of Vivienne Keeven NEE: Vivienne Strunk; beloved son of the late Henry B. and Mary Keeven; devoted father of Vivian (Wayne) Prinster, Barbara (James) Foster, Eddie (Kathy) Keeven, Jr., Judy (Steve) Schneider, Tom (Dana)Keeven, Marty (Pam) Keeven, Jeanne (Ed) Idziak, and Jim (Kathy) Keeven; cherished grandfather of 23; treasured great-grandfather of 23; dear brother of Florence (the late George) Koester, Alfred (the late Mary Ann) Keeven, and Leo Keeven. He is preceded in death by his sister Eleanor (Charlie) Ewald and his brother Paul (Julie) Keeven. He was self employed as a Turfgrass Producer. He was an icon in the Turf Industry, Charter member of Turf Producers International, member of the Knights of Columbus, former director at Mark Twain Bank, former Chapter President of Ducks Unlimited, and a WWII Veteran. His favorite past times were hunting and fishing, but his passions were truly God and his family.
