Ed L. Smith

Smith was born April 11, 1944 in Fort Scott Kansas to Thomas William Sr. and Evelyn Noree Smith. His loving parents preceded him in death. Mr. Smith was a manager for A&P Supermarkets in Kansas City Missouri for 20 years. He was the former owner of Elderly Care Services in Kansas City Missouri for 10 years. He is survived by his wife, Kathy Pennington-Smith of Farley Missouri, one daughter, Heather Smith-Forsbeck (Matthew) of Belton Missouri, one son, Bradley Scott Smith (Sherri B.) of Kansas City Missouri, one Sister, Leslie Sala (Don) of Tulsa Oklahoma, five grandchildren, Ashley M. Forsbeck, Jessica L. Smith-Forsbeck, Dalton L. Smith, Kaeden S. Forsbeck, and Elijah M. Forsbeck, and his former wife and friend, Carolyn L. Smith.
