Ed Stoeckel, of St. Charles, Missouri, died on Thursday, August 14, 2014 at the age of 77. Loving husband of 55 years to Sarah Stoeckel (nee: Daniel); dear son of the late Margaret and Edward J. Stoeckel, Sr.; devoted father of Dan (Sandy) Stoeckel and Pam (Lee Jr.) Emmenderfer; cherished grandfather of Ryan Stoeckel, Griffin Stoeckel, and Grant Emmenderfer; dear brother-in-law of Paul (Shirley) Daniel; and loved by many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
Ed worked for McDonnell Douglas for many years before he retired. He was an avid Cardinals fan and will always be remembered for his fun personality. He was deeply loved and will be missed by all who knew him.
