Edith Jackson of Saint Charles, MO, passed away at the age of 101 on Saturday, May 15, 2021. She was preceded in death by her husband, Laurin Jackson; and her parents, Martin and Katie Brown.
Edith is survived by her children, Lee (Stella) Jackson, Nancy (Steve) Wright, and William (Sharon) Jackson; her grandchildren, Dean, Melissa, Jeff, Jeanine, Carrie, Andrea, and Douglas; her eleven great-grandchildren; and her many nieces and nephews.
As a volunteer at FISH of St. Charles, Edith dedicated her time to helping out the less fortunate. Edith was a world traveler who always looked forward to her next trip and made many great memories over the years through her visits to exciting places. She was particularly fond of the beach and loved to relax in the sun. Above everything, Edith cherished the time she spent with her family and all the moments they shared. She will be dearly missed by all who knew and loved her.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions in Edith’s name may be made to the Alzheimer’s Association.
A private family service will be held on Friday, May 21, 2021.
