Edward Athey

Athey, Edward, of St. Peters, Missouri, died on Friday, January 10, 2014 at the age of 90.  Loving husband of the late Margery M. Athey; beloved son of the late Charles and Carrie Leuthouser Athey; devoted father of Donald (Rebecca) Athey, Dennis P. Quick and Betty Sue Cronin; cherished grandfather of Sheryl (Rick), Scott, and Casey (Jeff); treasured great-grandfather of Kylie, Isabella and Ryan; dear brother of Ruth Ekstrom; Beloved uncle, cousin, brother-in-law, and friend to many. He is preceded in death by his first wife Lucille Athey, and his siblings Roy and Raymond Athey, Jessie Patterson, Helen Scheller and Bertha Stann.
Edward enjoyed square dancing and bowling, but most of all loved spending time with his family.
