Edward J. Crank

Edward James Crank, of Saint Peters, MO, passed away Friday, September 30, 2022, at the age of 91. Beloved husband of the late Esther Crank; cherished son of the late Raymond and Irene Crank. Devoted father of Mary Jean (Ronald) Howard, Mark (Karen Kelly) Crank, Pat (Bruce) Haverporth, the late Donna (George) Dear, and the late Jimmy Crank; loving Grandpa to many grandchildren, great grandchildren, and great-great grandchildren. Preceded in death by brother, Raymond Jr, Bill, and great-grandchild, Michael Hesselbach, Jr. 

Edward proudly served in the United States Navy as a Meteorologist. He worked at McDonnell Douglas for 35 years as an Airplane Inspector. Edward had a strong Catholic faith. He enjoyed bowling, coaching sports, and loved eating out, especially at Madisons café. Edward also enjoyed volunteering and delivered meals on wheels with his wife, Esther. Edward was dearly loved and will be greatly missed by all who knew him. 

Memorials may be made in Edward 's name to Alzheimer’s Association.
