Edward Leroy Borgilt
March 25, 1934 — October 24, 2017
Edward Leroy Borgilt, of Saint Peters, MO, on Tuesday October 24, 2017, at the age of 83. Cherished son of the late Louis William and Mae A. Garrett; devoted father of Connie (Butch) Martin; loving grandfather of Kelby Lee Martin; dear brother of Betty Jean Morrow and the late Darlene Dillon; and treasured uncle, cousin, and friend to many. He is survived by his beloved sweetheart Verna Sitze and her children Brenda (David) Roark and Rick Sitze (Janice Witte); grandchildren Brandy (Dave) Nieters, Elizabeth (Bill) Ruck, Cathy Sitze (Dylan Lynn), Bill Sitze; and great-grandchildren Marie Ruck, Alice Ruck, and Charlotte Nieters.
Edward worked at McDonnell Douglas for 36 years before retiring. He was dearly loved and will be missed by all who knew him.
