Edward Lewis Fay

Fay, Edward Lewis, of O'Fallon, Missouri, died on Wednesday, January 1, 2014 at the age of 53. Beloved son of Marilyn Fay and the late Willie Albert 'Bill' Fay; significant other of Patty Sanfilippo; devoted father of Josh Sanfilippo; dear brother of Michael Fay, Robert (Darlene) Fay, Patricia (George) McManus, Mary Ann (Roy) Henry, and Timothy (Paula) Fay. Ed was also a loving uncle, cousin, and friend to many.
