Mr. Palmer is survived by his wife, Violet Fern, children, Linda Clark, Richard Palmer, Timothy Palmer, John Palmer; step-son, Lawrence Albert; sisters and brothers, Louise Forrest, Dewell Palmer, Dallas Palmer, the late Donald and Duane Palmer, and Audine Newby; sisters-in-law, June and Betty Palmer; 8 grandchildren, 2 great-grandchildren.
