Edward Simek

Simek, Edward, of St. Peters, Missouri, died on Monday, January 6, 2014 at the age of 70. Loving husband of Margaret "Peggy" Ann Simek; beloved son of the late Clement and Helen Simek. Born in Cliffside Park, NJ. He proudly served on the Pompton Lakes volunteer Fire Department. Machinist by trade, landscaper by heart, he lived life to the fullest caring for his gardens, traveling and spending time with his family. Devoted father of Sharon (Jim) Collins, Stacey (Brian) Simek, and Cory Simek; cherished grandfather of Jimmy, Jillian, Eddie, Matthew, Paige, Chelsea, Max, and Maya; treasured great-grandfather of Anna, Jay, Liam, Peyton, Alexis, and Derrick; dear brother of Clem Simek and Alfred Simek. He is preceded in death by his son Edward Simek, Jr., granddaughters Casandra and Devon Collins, and sister Loretta.
