Edwin J. Ell

Memorials may be given to Masses or Emily Elizabeth Ell Memorial Scholarship Fund. ELL, Edwin J., passed away on December 10, 2006 at the age of 84. He was born on January 22, 1922, to the late Edwin and Leona Ell and was raised in St. Charles, MO. He is survived by his wife, Kathryn of 63 years; sons, Edwin (Patricia) Ell III, Terry (Suzanne) Ell, Robin (Dora) Ell, and Thomas (Lisa) Ell; grandchildren, Christina, David, Angela, Emily (Deceased) Stephen, Katie, Amanda & Seth; great-grandchildren, Ashley, Joshua, Teresa, Emily, Barclay Jr. & Elizabeth Ann; sister, Sr. Charlotte Ann Ell. He was preceded in death by his sister, Genevieve Garrison (Don) and granddaughter, Emily Elizabeth Ell. Ed was a member of St. Robert Bellarmine Catholic Church. He served in the Army during World War II and worked for 37 years for Trans World Airlines with a passion for service to the public. He was a member of VFW Post and American Legion St. Charles, and 4th Degree KofC Council #823. Sports was a passion of Ed's from playing, supporting his sons and being the best of the best spectators himself. Ed's commitment to his faith and family is his legacy. A gentle man of few words but a huge heart and a great role model.
