Eileen Baker (nee Angel), of Saint Peters, MO, passed away Monday, July 6, 2020 at the age of 76. Loving wife of John Richard Baker; beloved daughter of the late Wilmer Otto and Phoebe Irene Angel; devoted mother of Phyllis (Marvin) Schildknecht, and Mark (Taunya) Wilson; dear sister of Darlene Davidson, Frances Eaton, Brenda (Rick) McCall; cherished grandmother of Ashley (Travis) Buckley, Stephanie (Joey) Goone, Matthew (Hannah) Schildknecht, Philip (Emilee) Schildknecht, Stephen (Alisha) Schildknecht, Sierra Wilson, and Serena Wilson; treasured great-grandmother of Joanne Schildknecht. Eileen is also preceded in death by her brother, Eugene Angel.
Eileen was a member of First Baptist Church of Lake St. Louis and a member of Daughters of the American Revolution. Eileen loved music, she played piano and sang. She taught piano for over 40 years, was a singer with Parkway Baptist Prison Ministry, sang for Villages of St. Peters assisted living and sang with her siblings the Angel Sisters on KWRE radio station. Eileen enjoyed traveling with her husband and had seen 47 states. She loved nothing more than to spend time with her children and grandchildren. Eileen was dearly loved and will be greatly missed by all who knew her.
