Elaine Juliet Keiser

Elaine Juliet Keiser (nee Royter), of St. Charles, Missouri, passed away Wednesday, July 10, 2024, at the age of 88. She was married to Mr. Gene Palmatier for over 30 years, after his passing she was then married for over 20 years to the late Charles Keiser. Elaine was the cherished daughter of the late Kurt Hans Royter and Herta Royter (nee Van Elkan) ; devoted mother of Laura (Brian) Evdo, Virginia (Jim) Colombatto, Dan (Amy) Palmatier, and stepmother of Thomas (Linda) Keiser, David (Cyndi) Keiser, Steven (Angela) Keiser, Angela (Doug) Baranowski, and Michael (Nicole) Keiser, and the late Charles (Vicky) Keiser; loving grandmother of Liz (Michael Kelley) Stinger, Rachel (Billy) Foutz, Tom Palmatier, Alli Palmatier, and the late Kyle Stinger; treasured great grandmother of Mia, Macy, Sylas, McKaylie, Margot, Paige, and Levi; dear sister of the late Joan (Michael) Walsh and Suzanne Brangham and her partner Jack Lundgren.

 A very social person, Elaine was an active member of her community, serving on the Advisory Council for Lutheran Family & Children's Services, being a proud member and publicity chairman of the MDC/Boeing Sages Retirement Club, and volunteering for the American Cancer Society and Red Cross blood drives. She enjoyed participating in bridge clubs, gardening, art, decorating, helping others, and traveling, with a 12-year career in banking. Elaine was a consummate planner. She was the life of any party, and she just lived her life to the fullest. She will be dearly missed by all who knew her.

Memorials may be made in Elaine's name to Lutheran Family Children Services and Five Acres Animal Shelter.
