Rohlfingsmeyer; dear sister of Carol Dunlap, Laurel Hensley, Susan Kowelman (Paul) and the late Christy Teffeau; dear sister-in-law of Art Teffeau; cherished grandmother of William Knudsen. Elaine grew up in North County. She attended Monmouth College where she was a member of Pi Beta Phi. She resided in Chicago for most of her career before recently moving back to St. Charles.
