Eleanore Willbrand

Eleanore Mary Willbrand, of Saint Charles, MO, passed away Wednesday, October 25, 2023, at the age of 94. Beloved wife of the late Theodore Willbrand; cherished daughter of the late Peter and Anna Hoerter. Devoted mother of Deborah (Robert) Lovelace; loving grandmother of Becky (Greg) Shoemaker, Scott (Jackie) Parsons, and Amanda (Andrew Keefe) Lovelace; treasured great-grandmother of Taylor Shoemaker, Drew Shoemaker, Dottie Parsons, and Nora Keefe.  

Eleanore was a lifetime member of the St. Charles Historical Society. She was also a member of the American Legion Auxiliary Post 312 for 16 years, charter member of the St. Charles Country Club until it closed, and the St. Louis Metro Polka Club where she loved to dance. Eleanore loved dancing to Polka music, which she was introduced to by her father. She enjoyed sharing meals and fellowship with family. More than anything, she adored her grandchildren and great-grandchildren, whom she was very proud of. Eleanore was very charismatic and made friends easily. Eleanore was dearly loved and will be greatly missed by all who knew her.
