Elizabeth “Ann” Therrien of Saint Charles, MO, passed Sunday, April 8, 2018, at the age of 83. Beloved wife of the late Gregory A. Therrien Sr.; cherished daughter of the late Walter Allen and Julia M. Plagenberg; devoted mother of Gregory A. (Karen) Therrien, Jr., Tim (Vicki) Therrien, Jeff (Sandy) Therrien, Todd (Kindra) Therrien, Lisa (Paul) Blanzy, and Brad (Sharon) Therrien; loving grandmother of 11; treasured great-grandmother of 8; and dear sister of Constance (the late Don) Hutten, and the late Walter Plagenberg, Jr.
Ann was longtime parishioner of St. Elizabeth Ann Seton and devout in her faith. She was a member of the 50 Plus Club at church and the St. Peters Choral Society. In her later years she enjoyed work as a secretary at McDonnell-Douglas and gained many lasting friendships. But, by far, her most favorite, important, challenging, and rewarding job was raising and loving her six children as well as spoiling and playing with all of her beautiful grandchildren. She loved any activity spent with her family, especially golfing and bowling. She bowled for many years on the same team with her mother, and later with her daughter. She also enjoyed seeking out antiques to collect or resell. Ann was very social and truly loved all of her friends from every corner of life.
Ann will be greatly missed, but treasured in our hearts forever.
Memorials may be made to
