Elizabeth Joan Lade of Saint Charles, MO, passed Saturday, July 7, 2018, at the age of 84. Beloved wife of the late Lloyd Eugene Lade; cherished daughter of the late Bennett Posey Hillis and Naomi Edna (Oscar J.) Williams; devoted mother of Benny D. (Julie) Lade, Christine L. (Dallas) Hughey, and David E. (Cheryl) Lade; loving grandmother of Bryan (Amy) Lade, Darrin (Chrissy) Lade, Kelly (Elliot) Miller, Elise Widaman, Natalie Widaman, Ashley Huckabee, and Stephen Hughey; treasured great-grandmother of nine; and dear sister of the late Donald Hillis.
Elizabeth was a member of Immanuel Lutheran Church and strong in her faith. She dedicated years with the Orchard Farm School District before retiring. She was deeply loved and will be greatly missed by all who knew her.
