Dear wife of the late Joseph Jurkowski, dear daughter of the late Raymond and Elizabeth Haddock, dear mother of Mary E. (Jim) Stoops, Joan A. Kelley; James J. Jurkowski, and Paul A. (Patty) Jurkowski; loving grandmother of Jennifer, Nathaniel, Jessica, Jason, Katherine and James and great-grandmother of Mason; loving sister of Jeanette Schwantner. She is preceded in death by Virginia Haddock; Loretta Strattman and Raymond Haddock. She was a homemaker and a member of the Metro Polka Club and All Saints Catholic Church.
