Elizabeth “Lisa” Whitmore

Elizabeth “Lisa” Whitmore passed away at her home in St. Charles on Saturday November 19, 2016 at the age of 73.
Visitation will be held at 4pm on Wednesday November 23, at Baue Funeral Home. The funeral Mass will be held at 10 am on Friday November 25 at St. Joseph Cottleville Church. Burial will follow at St. Charles Memorial Gardens. Funeral arrangements are being handled by Baue Funeral Home.
Elizabeth was born to Stephan and Mary Kirchner in Dakova, Yugoslavia on October 7, 1943. She was preceded in death by her husband Michael James Whitmore and her two brothers, Steven and John Kirchner. She is survived by her siblings Frank and Mary Kirchner, her sons Christian, Steven and Mike Whitmore. She is also survived by her Daughters-in-law Judy and Linda Whitmore, her grandchildren, Brandon, Autumn, Conor, James, Rose, Sean, Kathleen, Declan, and Gemma Whitmore, as well as her great-granddaughter, Aubree Whitmore.
Elizabeth enjoyed playing hotly contested games of cards and dominoes with her grandchildren and friends. She also liked spending time sewing, making jewelry and collecting pandas. She also spent her free time working at the BJC Hospital Gift Shop.
She was deeply loved and will be greatly missed.
