Ellie Kluempers

Ellie Kluempers (Devine), of Saint Charles, MO, passed away Tuesday, May 18, 2021 at the age of 94. Beloved wife of the late Richard Kluempers; cherished daughter of the late Joseph and Rosanna Devine; devoted mother of Greg Kluempers Susan Dougherty, Joanne Duggan, Tom (Debbie) Kluempers, Rich Kluempers, and Terrie Holladay; loving grandmother of Eric, Andy, Sarah, Gina, Nicole, Brian, Alicia, Valerie, Joseph, and Steven; treasured great-grandmother of many; dear sister of the late Joseph Devine.

Ellie was always the light of the party and lit up the room with her sense of humor. She always wanted to have a good time and live life. Ellie enjoyed going out and listening to live music. She was a talented cook and managed food throughout her career. Ellie was a competitive card player and enjoyed playing bingo. Most of all, Ellie enjoyed spending time with her family. She was dearly loved and will be greatly missed by all who knew her.

Memorials may be made in Eleanor's name to Wounded Warriors Project.
