Elmer “Bud” Stelzer

Elmer August Stelzer, of Marthasville, MO, passed away Wednesday, November 4, 2020 at the age of 92. Beloved husband of the late Vernell Stelzer; cherished son of the late Elmer and Geraldine Stelzer; devoted father of Pat (Fred) Ameis, Linda S. (Bill) Kuelker, the late Michael Stelzer, Charles (Terri) Stelzer, the late Joseph Stelzer, Judy (Mark) Milner, John D. (Colleen) Stelzer, Diana (Norman) Ball, Richard F. (Stephanie) Stelzer and James D. Stelzer; loving grandfather of numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren; dear brother of Glen (Anne) Stelzer, the late Shirley Kalil, and Geraldine "Suzie" Sipp. Elmer is also survived by many nieces and nephews.

Elmer proudly and honorably served his country in the United States Navy during the Korean conflict. He was a member of Shiloh Methodist Church. Elmer enjoyed fishing, camping, woodburning and was quite the outdoorsman. Elmer was dearly loved and will be greatly missed by all who knew him.
