Ernest E. Hays

Hays, Ernest E., of St. Charles, Missouri, died on Monday, October 6, 2008 at the age of 98. Dear husband of the late Florine E. Hays; Dear son of the late Harvey Hays and Mary Hays; Loving father of Christine (David) Bittner, Mary Spencer, and Jane (Richard) Van Dillen; Dear father-in-law of the late James Spencer; He is preceeded in death by three brothers; Dear grandfather of eleven; Dear great-grandfather of twelve. He was employed as a Postal Carrier at the U.S. Postal Service for over 35 years. He was a member of the St. Cletus Catholic Church and of the Senior Cletes at the church. He was a memeber of the National Association of Retired Federal Workers and was involved in the Knights of Columbus, St. Louis.
