Mr. Smith is survived by his dear wife, Rochelle D. Smith of O'Fallon, Missouri; two children: Gary Smith and Patricia Smith both of O'Fallon, Missouri; a brother, Ward Smith of Mountain Home, Arkansas and two sisters: Olivia Steele of North Carolina and Shirley Shores of Dallas, Texas. Our dear uncle, cousin and friend.
