Erwin C. "Pee Wee" Thelen, of St. Charles, Missouri, died on Friday, March 30, 2012 at the age of 85. Loving husband of Anna Thelen (nee: Witte); dear son of the late John and Appolonia Thelen; devoted father of Michael (Lisa) Thelen, Thomas Thelen, Charles Thelen, Dennis (Debra) Thelen, Daniel (Sharon) Thelen, Timothy (Linda) Thelen, and Jan (Timothy) Light; cherished grandfather of Kyle Thelen, Brittany Thelen, Michael Thelen, Christopher Thelen, Jacqueline (Micah) McCoy, Amy (Brandon) Bernsen, Alex Thelen, Courtney Price, Brenna Thelen, and Connor Light; prized great-grandfather of Andrew McCoy, Caitlyn McCoy, Colby Bernsen, and Ethan Thelen; dear brother of Madonna Thelen, Jim Thelen, and Betty Warren. He is preceded in death by two of his dear grandchildren Marc Thelen and Travis Thelen, and brothers Julius Thelen and Marvin Thelen. Memorials may be made to masses at St. Charles Borromeo Catholic Church.
