KOMPIR, Erwin J., St. Peters, MO, December 1, 2006 age 83; dearest husband of Annette Kompir (nee: Kunz); dear father of Beverly DePrender and Betty (Wayne) Covington; beloved grandfather of Ryan Covington; preceded in death by his parents, John and Mary (nee: Zambori) Kompir and 3 siblings. Mr. Kompir was a self-employed barber in the St. Louis area for 60 years, a member of the St. Charles American Legion #312 and VFW 2866, St. Charles. Burial will be on Thursday, December 7, 2006, leaving Baue at 9:00AM to go to Jefferson Barracks Cemetery.
