Ethel Mathilda Nolle

Nolle, Ethel Mathilda (nee: Kolkmeier), of St. Charles, MO, died on Wednesday, December 9, 2015, at the age of 86. Loving wife of John H. Nolle; beloved daughter of the late August and Bertha Kolkmeier; devoted mother of John (Barbara) A. Nolle and Marie (Darryl) Haupt; cherished grandmother of Jessica Nolle, Charity (Shaun) Reed, Eva (Brad) Kanouse, Renee (Jason) Henke, Ben (Maggie) Haupt, and Abby (Nathan) Wissmann; treasured great-grandmother of Isabelle, Natalie, Jay, Jonah, Joseph, Flynn, and Murphy; dear sister of Harlan Kolkmeier; and also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, and dear friends. She is preceded in death by her siblings Omar Kolkmeier, Grace Thompson, Louise Sommer, and Arthur Kolkmeier,

Ethel was a long time and active member of Friedens United Church of Christ. She enjoyed bowling and quilting, but most of all she loved being with her family and friends.

In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to Friedens United Church of Christ or Dallas Heart Center at Cardinal Glennon Children’s Hospital.
